Built on trust. Written with clarity.

How we care for your information, work together, and make room for everyone. All of our policies, in one place.

Privacy Policy

Your information deserves care. Here is what this website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Who this notice covers

This notice applies to the Atmos Enterprises website, community registration, and enquiries submitted through Atmos Technology. In this library, “Atmos”, “we”, and “our” refer to the Atmos operation responsible for the interaction. If you purchase a service, your proposal or agreement identifies the contracting entity. A separate product or service may provide additional privacy information.

For questions about the entity responsible for your information, or to exercise your rights, email support@atmos.ceo. The Brazilian operation’s details appear below.

Information you share with us

Community registration collects your name, username, email address, password, country, city, language, and selected interests, and records whether you agree to show your first name and last initial on Atmos Live. Your city is shown on the public map and activity list. You may also choose to provide an avatar. The registration system stores a password hash rather than your readable password. Please do not reuse a password from another service.

When you make a project enquiry, we collect your name, email, company if supplied, areas of interest, and your message. Correspondence and service arrangements may include information needed to respond, deliver work, keep transaction records, or resolve a request. Avoid including sensitive information about yourself or other people unless it is necessary and you are entitled to share it.

Information from using the website

We use Google Analytics 4 on the public marketing pages to understand visits and improve the website. The Cookies Policy describes its scope, cookies, technical information, and browser controls. Product and authentication routes are excluded from this integration.

Our hosting and delivery providers may process connection and technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, and error or security events, to deliver and protect the website. The website saves your selected light or dark theme in your browser. See the Cookies Policy for more about browser storage and external media.

Signing in to the Atmos product stores a session on our servers for 30 days and sets the strictly necessary cookie atmos_session, described in the Cookies Policy. The cookie’s purpose is to recognize that session. It does not store your password.

Why information is used

We use registration information to create and administer your registration; enquiry information to respond and discuss a potential engagement; and service records to deliver agreed work, administer payments, and support customers. Technical information supports site delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Where applicable, the legal basis may be steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, consent, or a legitimate interest assessed against your rights. A processing activity requiring consent should be explained when that consent is requested. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Providers, disclosures, and international processing

Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, database storage, communications, and the delivery of an agreed service. Providers and professional advisers should receive information relevant to their role. Disclosure may also be necessary to comply with a lawful request, protect rights, or handle a business reorganization subject to applicable safeguards.

Providers may operate outside your country. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, the relevant transfer must use an available lawful mechanism. Contact support@atmos.ceo to ask about the providers, processing locations, or safeguards relevant to your interaction.

Retention and security

Information is kept for the purposes for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution requirements. Retention depends on the type of record and the relationship; there is no single retention period for every interaction. Contact us for information about a particular record or to request deletion.

Access controls and technical safeguards help protect information, but no website or transmission method can guarantee complete security. If you suspect misuse of your account or an exposure of personal information, contact support@atmos.ceo without sending your password.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, deletion, or restriction of certain uses, and information about sharing. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent where applicable. Rights can be subject to conditions, verification, and lawful retention requirements.

Send your request to support@atmos.ceo with the email associated with your interaction and a description of what you need. We may ask for proportionate identity verification. Requests will be handled within applicable legal time limits. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority, including Brazil’s ANPD where the LGPD applies.

Children and updates

The website is not designed specifically for children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has supplied information inappropriately should contact us so the situation can be reviewed under applicable law. Any service intended for children requires its own appropriate notices and safeguards.

This notice may change as services or requirements change. The date at the top of this library identifies the latest revision. Material changes requiring notice or consent will be addressed as required by applicable law.

Terms of Use

A shared foundation for exploring Atmos, using our website responsibly, and respecting each other’s work.

Using this website

These terms describe the conditions for using the Atmos Enterprises website. Use it lawfully and consistently with these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the website. Additional terms may apply to particular products, services, or signed engagements; these website terms do not replace those agreements or mandatory legal rights.

You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization required for the activity you undertake. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.

Registrations and account details

Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Do not impersonate another person or register on someone else’s behalf without authority. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized use. Creating a community registration does not guarantee that every planned community feature is available and does not create a paid subscription.

Responsible use

Do not use the website to commit fraud, harass people, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, distribute unlawful material, introduce malicious code, or disrupt services. Do not bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access to information, or use automated requests in ways that impair the website or unlawfully collect personal information.

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security incident, or a legal obligation. Any action remains subject to applicable law and rights under an existing service agreement.

Our work and your contributions

The Atmos name, branding, website design, text, software, and other materials belong to their respective owners or licensors. You may browse the website and make ordinary personal use of its public information. Republishing, selling, or exploiting protected material requires permission or another lawful basis. Third-party names and logos do not by themselves imply a partnership or endorsement.

You retain ownership of material you provide. You give Atmos the permissions reasonably needed to receive, store, review, and use that material to handle your registration, request, or agreed service. Do not submit content you have no right to share. Ownership and licensing of commissioned deliverables must be addressed in the relevant project agreement.

Information, links, and availability

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but website descriptions may change and are not a binding offer or a promise of future features. Confirm deliverables, pricing, timelines, and availability in a written proposal or agreement. Website content is general information and is not individualized investment, legal, or other professional advice.

External websites and media are operated by their own providers and may have different terms. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside our control. Nothing here removes an obligation we cannot exclude by law.

Responsibility and resolving concerns

Each party remains responsible for its conduct under applicable law. To the extent permitted by that law, Atmos does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website access. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded, and they do not create a blanket waiver of your rights.

Contact support@atmos.ceo to raise a concern. The applicable law and competent forum are determined by mandatory legal rules and any valid service agreement. These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove access to a court or regulator where available by law.

Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be posted in this library with a revised date. Changes operate prospectively, subject to any notice or consent required by law. A website update does not, by itself, rewrite an existing signed project agreement.

Sales and Refunds

Know what you are buying, what happens next, and how to ask for help if plans change.

Before you purchase

Browsing the website, creating a community registration, or sending an enquiry does not place a paid order. Paid technology, design, consultancy, or other services require a separate proposal, order, or agreement. The seller, scope, deliverables, price, currency, taxes, payment schedule, and material conditions should be identified before you accept.

Payment and delivery

Pay only through the instructions provided for your agreed engagement. Do not email complete card details, security codes, or passwords. If payment instructions appear to have changed unexpectedly, verify them with your established Atmos contact before paying.

Delivery dates, milestones, customer responsibilities, review periods, revisions, and acceptance conditions are defined in the project agreement. Changes to scope or timing should be agreed in writing, including any effect on price. Third-party licenses, hosting, or recurring services should be identified separately when relevant.

Cancellation and refunds

To request cancellation or a refund, email support@atmos.ceo or the team handling your order. Include your name, order or invoice reference, purchase date, and the reason for your request. Do not include payment-card details. We will review the request against the agreement, delivery status, and applicable law and explain the next steps.

For custom work, the agreement may distinguish completed work, future milestones, and authorized third-party costs. Such provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law. There is no universal “non-refundable” rule for all Atmos services. Where a refund is due, the amount, payment route, and timing will follow applicable law and the confirmed resolution; financial providers may affect when funds appear.

Consumer rights come first

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory cancellation, warranty, repair, replacement, or refund rights. For qualifying distance contracts covered by Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code, Article 49 generally provides a seven-day withdrawal period counted from signing or receipt of the product or service, as applicable. The law governs eligibility and repayment obligations. Other jurisdictions may provide additional or different rights.

If a deliverable is missing, defective, or materially different from what was agreed, report it with relevant details so an appropriate remedy can be assessed. A contractual review period does not remove a mandatory statutory remedy.

Recurring services and third-party purchases

Any recurring charge, renewal interval, cancellation method, and effect of cancellation should be disclosed in the applicable service terms before enrollment. A website registration alone does not authorize recurring billing. Purchases made directly from an independent third party are handled under that seller’s terms and applicable law.

Cookies Policy

A closer look at browser storage, saved preferences, and the services that help deliver this website.

Cookies and similar storage

Cookies are small values a website can ask your browser to store and send with later requests. Local storage also saves information in your browser, but is not automatically sent with each request. Both can support useful features and preferences.

What this website uses

The Atmos interface uses a local-storage entry named atmos-theme to remember your choice of light or dark appearance on the current browser. It is a preference, not a community account. It remains until you change it or clear the website’s stored data.

The website also stores your country or region and language choice in atmos-preferences, so that your preference is shared across pages and the selection banner stays closed. You can change this choice using the country or region control in the footer. Clearing site data resets this choice and shows the banner again.

The hosting platform may use essential cookies or similar mechanisms for access, authentication, security, or delivery, particularly when a site is restricted to authorized visitors. Their lifetime and behavior depend on the platform and session. Clearing or blocking them may affect access.

The Atmos product sign-in sets a cookie named atmos_session. It is strictly necessary: its purpose is to keep you signed in. The cookie is HttpOnly, so scripts on the page cannot read it, and it is sent only to this site. It lasts 30 days and is removed when you log out or when it expires. It holds a session token, not your password. Blocking or clearing it ends the session.

Public pages on atmos.ceo, tech.atmos.ceo, and live.atmos.ceo use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-HQTSR26LWJ) to measure visits. Analytics starts automatically without a consent banner. The integration sends page views with a fixed page title and a page address without query strings or fragments. It does not send names, email addresses, usernames, form contents, authentication tokens, or referrer addresses. Product, login, dashboard, dynamic profile routes, and local or hosting previews are excluded. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals are disabled.

Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, including _ga and _ga_HQTSR26LWJ, to distinguish browsers and maintain visit information. We configure a lifetime of 395 days; later visits may renew it. Google receives technical information such as browser and device details and connection information when your browser contacts its services. Google may process information outside your country. You can block Google Analytics requests or block and delete its cookies in your browser. This site does not include an analytics preference panel.

External media and links

Some Atmos pages load media from external delivery domains. Your browser sends the provider connection information, including your IP address, when requesting that media. Following an external link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy and storage practices. This policy does not control independent services.

Your controls

You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage in your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. Controls vary by browser and device. Clearing site data resets the saved theme; blocking storage may prevent preferences from persisting. Your browser may also offer controls for third-party requests.

Use the theme button in the navigation to change appearance. For questions about a cookie or storage item you encounter, email support@atmos.ceo with its name and the page address, without sending its value if it could contain a session token.

Accessibility

An atmosphere with room for everyone. We want information and interactions to be usable across different needs and ways of browsing.

Our approach

Accessibility is an ongoing part of improving the Atmos website. The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, including Level AA criteria, provide a reference for that work. This statement is not a certification of full conformance or a claim that every page is free of barriers.

Using the website

This legal library uses structured headings, descriptive navigation links, keyboard-operable FAQ controls, and visible focus indicators. A skip link lets keyboard users move to the main content. The layout adapts to smaller screens, and the site offers light and dark appearance controls.

Use your browser’s zoom and text settings to adjust reading size. Reduced-motion settings are respected by the site’s principal navigation and content transitions. Some decorative or third-party experiences may behave differently and remain areas to assess.

Limitations and feedback

Third-party media, services, and complex visual interactions may present barriers. Accessibility can also vary with browser and assistive-technology combinations. If you cannot complete a task, we want to understand the problem and discuss an accessible way to obtain the information or assistance you need.

Email support@atmos.ceo with the page address, the task you were attempting, and a description of the barrier. Browser, device, and assistive-technology details can help but are optional. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical information. Tell us your preferred response format or any alternative format you need.

Ongoing improvements

Feedback helps prioritize improvements. We will review reported barriers and communicate available next steps. Changes to this statement will be reflected in the revision date at the top of this library.

Your questions answered.

Quick answers about your information and experience with us.

These policies cover the Atmos Enterprises website and the features described here. A particular service may also have its own notice or signed agreement. Read those documents together; mandatory rights under applicable law still apply.

Email support@atmos.ceo or write to the address in the Privacy Policy. Describe the request and provide the email associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims.

No. Community registration is free and does not purchase a paid service. A paid engagement requires separate agreement on its scope and price.

Check your proposal or agreement and contact the Atmos team handling your order. Include your order reference and the reason for your request. The outcome depends on your agreement, work already delivered, and applicable consumer rights. Mandatory cancellation rights take priority.

Use your browser’s site-data settings to inspect, block, or clear cookies and local storage. You can also block Google Analytics requests using your browser or a content blocker. Analytics on public marketing pages starts automatically, without a consent banner or an analytics preference panel. Blocking essential storage may affect access or preferences.

Email support@atmos.ceo with the page address, the task you were trying to complete, and any helpful browser or assistive-technology details. You can ask for information in an alternative format. Please do not send passwords or sensitive documents.

Clarity startswith a conversation.
