Rafael Milone
CEO
Rafael is the CEO and founder of Atmos, an executive, airplane captain, flight instructor, ANAC-certified examiner, and now, full stack web developer. With 15 years of experience and a relentless drive to keep learning.
His authority was earned in the cockpit and the classroom. However, Rafael chose to build more than a regular pilot career. His last flight was made as captain of the Hawker 400 executive jet, after he headed flight instruction.
Science and safety define his approach. With a bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Sciences from PUCRS, a published scientific article on Airbus automation and avionics aligned with human factors, SGSO certification, and CENIPA accident prevention accreditation, he applies research-grade rigor to operational risk.
Today, he is becoming an AI specialist through postgraduate studies in Software Engineering and in Mathematics with Data Science. His philosophy is to understand the system, understand the human, quantify the complexity, and build the intelligence.
